CDPoker's Million Dollar Challenge - Terms and Conditions
- CDPoker will stage the Million Dollar Challenge, a freeroll tournament with $1,000,000 in guaranteed prizes and limited to twenty participants.
- The exact date of the Million Dollar Challenge will be set at CDPoker's discretion, and soon after twenty players have qualified to participate.
- The payout structure at the Million Dollar Challenge will be as follows:
- 1st Place - $200,000
- 2nd Place - $125,000
- 3rd Place - $75,000
- 4th Place - $65,000
- 5th Place - $55,000
- 6th Place - $50,000
- 7th Place - $45,000
- 8th Place - $40,000
- 9th Place - $35,000
- 10th Place - $32,500
- 11th - 14th Place - $30,000 each
- 15th - 17th Place - $27,500 each
- 18th - 20th Place - $25,000 each
- CDPoker players will qualify to participate in the Million Dollar Challenge by making the final table in consecutive three "participating tournaments". Players who make the final table three consecutive times in participating tournaments must write to the CDPoker at rachel@cdpoker.com for verification, providing details and dates of the tournaments, within 48 hours of the third completed tournament.
- For clarification purposes, "making the final table" is considered finishing in the top ten places of any of the participating multi-table tournaments. Making the final table of three consecutive tournaments means that if the player plays in one of the "participating tournaments" and does not finish in the top ten places; his chain of consecutive tournaments has been broken.
- For clarification purposes, a player who finishes at the final table of one participating tournament, and next finishes at a final table of a different participating tournament, and next finishes at a final table of a third participating tournament, he will be considered as having qualified. However, if after making the final table of one participating tournament, the player next finishes outside the final table of a different participating tournament, his chain of consecutive final table finishes will have been broken.
- Play in the "participating tournaments" can be spread over a period of several days and up to a maximum of 30 days. Play in other tournaments, not included in the list of "participating tournaments", will not interfere with the possibility of finishing at the final table three consecutive times.

- $3,000 Guaranteed - staged daily at 10:00 EST
- $1,500 GP Freezeout - staged daily at 13:15 EST
- $2,000 GP Freezeout - staged daily at 14:30 EST
- $7,500 Guaranteed - staged daily at 15:30 EST
- $2,000 Guaranteed - staged daily at 17:00 EST
- $5,000 GP Freezeout - staged daily at 16:15 EST
- Friday $10,000 Guaranteed - Fridays at 15:00 EST
- $10,000 GP Freezeout - Saturdays at 14:30 EST
- $20,000 Guaranteed - Sundays at 15:00 EST
- Only the above CDPoker scheduled tournaments will be considered for this promotion.
- The Tournament CDpoker promotion begins with tournaments taking place on September 27, 2006 and will continue until 20 players have qualified according to these terms and conditions.
- CDPoker will confirm the qualification of the twenty players and will give them the details of the Million Dollar Challenge.
- Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to consider final tables at "participating tournaments" at which they both participated for the purposes of this promotion.
- A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a "participating tournament" will not be eligible for this promotion.
- The use of offensive language at the "participating tournaments" will disqualify a player from participating in this promotion.
- Any player found colluding during the course of a "participating tournament" will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.
- Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the course of a "participating tournament" will have his account frozen.
- Any withdrawals made on any winnings at the Million Dollar Challenge are subject to CDPoker's standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
- All decisions made by the CDPoker management are final.
- CDPoker has the right to stop this promotion, or change its conditions at any time.
